Terms of use

Effective date: 2026-10-07

Free service and scope

MiruKit provides free browser image tools within the supported formats and size limits. Features may be interrupted for changes, maintenance or faults. Important changes will be announced on the site.

Originals and results

Photos remain the property of their rights holders. We do not acquire your photos or collect them on a server. Use files you have the right to use, and check colors, resolution, metadata and size after conversion. Keep separate copies of important originals and downloaded results.

Prohibited uses

Do not infringe others' rights, process or distribute illegal content, disrupt the service with malicious files or attacks, or bypass security limits.

Responsibility and changes

Results and speed can vary by device, browser and file. Compatibility or fitness for every purpose is not guaranteed. Responsibility for loss of user-managed originals or storage is determined by applicable law. This does not exclude liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Changes to these terms and their effective date will be posted here.

Site content and open source

The operator owns the site content, design and logo they created. Third-party materials and open-source components belong to their respective rights holders and follow the terms in our license notices. These terms do not restrict modification, replacement or analysis permitted by an open-source license.

Advertising and service changes

We may display ads to support the service, with updated privacy information and any required consent process. Advertised products and services follow their providers’ terms. We will announce significant changes or discontinuation in advance where possible; urgent security or outage notices may follow corrective action.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Where legally permitted, disputes may be brought before the court with jurisdiction over the operator’s residence. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence and your statutory jurisdiction rights remain unaffected.
