I want an exact crop size in pixels.
Open Exact position & size to enter numbers. On a computer, click the photo and use the arrow keys for small adjustments.
How do I crop for Instagram?
Choose 1:1 for square posts or profiles, or 4:5 for portrait posts. Drag the box into position and save.
What about YouTube thumbnails or Shorts?
Choose 16:9 for thumbnails, or 9:16 for Shorts, Reels and Stories. For exact dimensions such as 1280×720, crop first, then use Resize.
I'm trying to move the box, but it draws a new one.
Drag from inside the box to move it. Dragging outside draws a new box. Use the white corner handles to resize.
Can I crop multiple photos at once?
Crop works one photo at a time, since each photo needs its own framing. Open another through Replace photo in the ⋯ menu.
Can I crop a transparent logo?
Yes. Save as PNG or WebP to keep transparent areas.
